Email Support

The best way to reach us is by email. You can contact us directly at support@convixy.com for anything related to the platform — technical issues, conversion problems, general questions, or anything else on your mind. Please include as much detail as you can about your issue so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Response Time

We aim to respond to every message within 24 to 48 hours on business days. During busy periods it may occasionally take a little longer, but we will always get back to you. If you have not heard from us after two business days, it is worth checking your spam or junk folder as our reply may have been filtered.

Technical Issues

If a conversion failed, a file did not download correctly, or a tool behaved unexpectedly, please let us know. When reporting a technical issue, it helps us a lot if you can mention which tool you were using, what type of file you uploaded, the approximate file size, and what happened or did not happen. This information allows us to identify and fix the problem much faster.

File Processing Problems

Occasionally a specific file may not convert as expected due to unusual formatting, embedded fonts, or file structure. If this happens to you, reach out and describe the issue. While we cannot always guarantee a fix for every edge case, we take every report seriously and use them to improve the reliability of our tools over time.

Feature Requests and Feedback

Convixy has grown based on what users actually need, and many of the tools and improvements we have added came directly from user suggestions. If there is a format we do not support yet, a feature that would save you time, or something about the interface that could work better — tell us. We read every suggestion and prioritise the ones that would benefit the most people.
